Terry Ray Memorial Buckle - The Terry Ray memorial buckle was established to reward a current horse & pony member who demonstrates Terry Ray's ( former horse & pony leader) spirit of 4-H thru enthusiasm and dedication to the horse & pony project. Our 2009 winner was Jesse Farmer.
